All infrastructure and home sites are now complete and ready for settlement.

Statement of Compliance(SOC) Received— 16 June 2026
A critical approval confirming all construction meets civil engineering standardsand regulations.

GAIC Clearance CertificateReceived— 23 June 2026
Confirmation from State Revenue Office that the GrowthAreas Infrastructure Contribution payment for the stage has been paid.

Titles in Final Stages—Plan in Pre-Lodgement Check
The Plan of Subdivision has been lodged with Land Registry Victoria. Weanticipate receiving Titles in the week beginning 29 June2026.

Settlements Coming Soon—Week Beginning 13 July 2026
Once Titles are received, settlements are anticipated to commence the weekbeginning 13 July 2026.
