Start with the Design Guidelines and documents for your stage, then follow the steps below.
2. Submit
Submit your plans to Finnis Communities, Tulloh St.’s Design Guidelines Manager. Refer to the Design Guidelines for submission requirements.
Email your plans ↗3. Design approval
Finnis Communities will review your plans against the Design Guidelines. Address any requested changes and obtain written design approval.
4. Building permit
Following design approval, work with your builder or building surveyor to arrange the permits required before construction begins.
